ANDO villa terms

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in: from 16:00 to 21:00*.
Check-out: by 12:00*.
*The time can be changed depending on availability.

ANDO villa staff will welcome guests and hand over the house keys. The keys must be returned when leaving.

Booking terms

To make a reservation, the guest must pay an advance payment of 30%. The reservation is guaranteed once the advance payment has been made. The remaining reservation amount must be paid 10 days before the arrival date. By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read the ANDO villa house rules and agree to follow them.

The minimum age for check-in is 21.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival.

Stay rules

Only the number of people stated in the reservation may stay in the house and on the property. Unauthorised guests may not stay in the house or on the property.

During quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00, noise, loud music, loud behaviour and operating vehicles are prohibited on the property.

Parties and events are not allowed.
Fireworks are prohibited on the property.

Using the sauna

The recommended sauna temperature is 50–70°C.

Heating the sauna takes approximately 1.5 hours. Add firewood in moderate amounts and do not overheat the stove. Once the required temperature has been reached, no more firewood needs to be added.

Sauna whisks may be used in the sauna. Place a towel on the bench when using it. Glass and other fragile objects are not allowed in the sauna. Do not pour essential oils or any liquids other than water onto the stove. Do not cover the sauna stove with whisks or other objects.

Using the hot tub

The recommended water temperature in the hot tub is 37°C.

Heating the hot tub takes approximately 3.5 hours, depending on the outside temperature.

Before using the hot tub, remove the cover by opening the fasteners and place it on the table next to the hot tub. After use, put the cover back and secure the fasteners. Do not drain the water from the hot tub. Do not add any cosmetics or otherwise contaminate the water.

Glass containers are not allowed in the hot tub area.

Using the grill

The grill may only be used in the designated area. It must not be moved or placed on the house terrace. Do not leave the grill unattended while it is in use.

Smoking

Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace using the designated container. Smoking indoors or throwing cigarette ends on the ground may result in a fine of 100 EUR.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request.

Children's supervision

Children under 18 may stay in the house and around the property only under parental supervision. Children must not be left unattended. Parents are responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of their children.

Waste

Waste may only be placed in the designated bins. A fine may be charged for throwing waste on the ground or placing it somewhere not intended for waste.

Fire safety

It is prohibited to bring in or store flammable materials, use devices with an open flame or light fires in areas not intended for them.

Additional information

ANDO villa staff are not responsible for any harm to a person's health or property resulting from that person's negligent actions. Each guest is responsible for the supervision and safety of their personal belongings, including their vehicle.

It is prohibited to damage ANDO villa inventory or rooms. Furniture and equipment must not be taken outside or moved within the house.

If any damage occurs during the stay, please inform ANDO villa staff immediately. If the damage was caused by the guests, payment will be charged according to the amount of the loss.

The house must be left clean and tidy after the stay. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

If a guest violates any of the rules above, ANDO villa staff have the right to ask the guest to leave the house and the property, cancelling the reservation. The reservation fee will not be refunded.

For guest safety, video surveillance is carried out on the property.
